Stage of Innovation: Idea (You have thought it through and documented it)

Problem: I have a passion for cooking which comes with a mentality of cooking healthy foods with fresh products and not canned/processed products as most of it are carcinogenic and not healthy for consumption, with this innovation I'm trying to solve the problem of people buying cans to result into freshly harvested products from the farm and also access to other imported veggies that is not common around them, all given out at a pocket friendly price for people to stay healthy and reduce the chances of being exposed to diseases and oxidative stress.

Unique Selling Point: People keep buying canned veggies because it is not common around them, e.g Carrots, lettice, broccoli etc are not something you find easily on a normal day, this way people buy the processed ones for quick use. My solution if different because i would be able to get in touch to local farmers far and near to supply all these products freshly, then have different places around the country where people will be redt assured that when they get there, they would definitely find all veggies they are looking for fresh and cheap.
