Problem: Poor or low Career Awareness program for young people in Schools which also affects their choice of Career. The implications of this decision lead to confusion, and leaves them at a crossroad. Some also fall victim of wrong career choice due to knowledge gap of career opportunities available in line with their personalities, abilities, interest and desire. Our solution will help this young people navigate this path and gain clarity about themselves and better understand how to choose a career that is satisfactory and also fulfilling irrespective of what stage they are.

Unique Selling Point: Currently, most schools organize Career sessions and sometimes Career Programme or Day to engage their pupils and Students, which is most times a one-off engagement. Our solution will create an end-to-end engagement in a structured format to educate and train these young ones steps to choose a career that they find fulfilling. Apart from being educated, they will also go through an assessment that will show in a clear term where their interest lies and the career options available to choose from.
