Stage of Innovation: Proof of Concept (You have created something to show the innovation can work)

Problem: I'm trying to reduce waste from the fashion industry by recycling and upcycling waste to create beautiful art pieces.

Unique Selling Point: Most of the tailors around me throw away the waste pieces from their fashion houses. First, we started stuffing it in pillow cases and putting under mattresses that has sunken to give it some form of support, then we started creating more pillow cases with joined pieces of different fabric and then later created some tote bags. Seeing that it was good, we decided to create journals, throw pillows, duvet, hand mittens, aprons, table mats, table clothes, mini curtains etc with it. With time we will make clothes for vulnerable and orphan children.
