Stage of Innovation: Idea (You have thought it through and documented it)

Problem: We live in a world where people are constantly ordering things online or sending and receiving packages. All of these activities generate greenhouse gases (GHG) and increase the carbon footprint of individuals. My social venture aims to utilize solar-powered bicycles to carry out these deliveries while also creating a workforce comprised mainly of our teeming youth population in Nigeria. In essence, my social venture plans to reduce the carbon footprint of the transportation industry in Nigeria and drastically minimize unemployment among youths as well.

Unique Selling Point: From my research and observations, I have come to discover that most delivery companies use buses, cars, or motorcycles to carry out their services, and all of these means of transportation generate substantial emissions. My solution, on the other hand, involves the use of solar-powered bicycles, which help get the delivery done but cut down on emissions.
