Problem: Technical Drawing as a subject offered in most west African schools which forms a foundation for courses and profeesions in engineering and architure is still highly conventional in nature. in order to meet the 21st century learners need a digital tool that will improve students interest in the subject is highly needed a digital tool that will be able to bring about marginalization among classes and level of learners is of high importance a drawing tool that will be readily accessible, cheap and user friendly easy to use for such digital natives as we have in this dispensation if of top priority a tool that will be design specifically for learning and the enviroment of the learners is highly need a simple and basic tool that introduce Technical drawing learners to the complex and robost one in Highly needed A tool that will improve studentss' learning outcome and interest in construction related profession without being gemnder biased is also important

Unique Selling Point: A number of CAD packages are available online and in stores, however AUTOCAD is the major CAD tool that Technical Drawing Students are currently being exposed to by many schools in West Africa. This CAD tool (AUTOCAD) to a large extent has not been able to meet the content and context of learning and learners in the West African Environment. while the CADLT will run freely on Mobil devices The AUTOCAD tool in most West African Schools will only run on systems and it is expensive to install and maitain systems with low system specifications which are available in most public schools do not have the capacity forthe AUTOCAD which makes it impossible to use. The CADLT is developed to run on mobil devices and also on systems of low capactiy The CADLT is developed with learners view and design view (the learners view is not available for most existing CAD packages, the were developed basically for design and professional purpose) The accessibility of the existing CAD softwares for learners is very low because most learners may not have access to highly configured systems that has the capacity for the existing CADs. the CADLT will be readily accesible on Tablets, phone and on sytems.
