Unique Selling Point: Most of the hydrocolloid addictives used in Nigeria are imported, which increases the demand for FX which is scarce. Nigeria is the 2nd largest producer of Okra in the world, and as such have the capacity to locally produce a plant hydrocolloid which will be cost-effective and very healthy as an addictive to be used in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
