Problem: PICKUP AND DELIVERY: Timely pickup and delivery is an important concern for every business and individuals sending and receiving orders. No easy way to send and receive packages on time with lone courier services as demand for riders increases daily. LOCATION: It has never been easy identifying available riders and courier companies close to a user in a particular location. TRACKING: No live location tracking for orders especially interstate deliveries. CONVENIENCE: People have to place a series of calls to riders to pick up and deliver orders.

Unique Selling Point: Though there are a few logistics businesses using mobile apps, at present, there is no one identified during our research that serves the primary NEED of connecting senders to several logistics service companies using smart location identification. So we have no known direct competition, as SmartMuva is a connecting platform that allows users to get real-time connections to several individual riders and logistics services available in requested locations.
