Problem: Earning a decent living as a young person in Nigeria requires waiting on an unpredictable education timeframe, battling with rising unemployment rate, and resource constraints. This serves as a major factor of studies showing an average of 52% of over 995 million African youth seek greener pastures and want to migrate. Thus revealing that talent goes where it is rewarded.

Unique Selling Point: So many grassroots initiatives exist to support the increasing young talents in Africa. But as more initiatives emerge to support these growing talents, the challenge of funding and the resources needed to sustain these initiatives also increase. This is because most initiatives lack the reach sponsors seek to make sponsorship possible and sustainable. Thereby making many talent development initiatives to depend majorly on philanthropic donations and grants which are not readily available. Our solution is different because we seek to revolutionise challenge-based learning and talent reward in Africa by partnering with talent development initiatives to co-create and build an audience for talent reward programs in an edutaining way. PAS+ will bring young talents to limelight to showcase their skills, access resources and growth opportunities through streamed talent promotion programs. Its audience will serve as a value exchange to sponsors for partner programs to receive funds and resources to improve the value their programs offer.
