Description:
The Electronic Mail Management System is a unique platform for documenting and retrieving information on the correspondence received in the University. It is an attempt to automate the mail processing situation in the University currently. The innovation provides us with information on the current situation of any correspondence and a copy of it would be brought out for evidence. It is a convenient way of tracking the progress of mail until it has been actioned. The Mail Management System was developed in the Registrar's Office when I see the pains and anguish whose mails could not be traced to an office due to error of filing and dispatch. I created the platform to ease the hurdles of tracking your mail. The virtual of the automation platform, each mail is identified with a unique code for ease of reference and tracking.

Problem:
Digitizing the mail processing platform in the University of Lagos. This will greatly reduce heavy use of paper
Unique Selling Point: People are only using the computer system to write letters, browse and analyse. I am offering a special use of the computer systems in Offices to automate what has become very obsolete and let it reduce paper consumption
