Description: The usage of formaldehyde for the preservation of food, especially meat is a common practice amongst meat sellers in Nigeria and the adverse effect of formaldehyde is detrimental to human health, so the purpose of the research was to see how a local herb called Bryophyllum Pinnatum(Miracle leaf) could be used to correct the adverse effects of formladehyde.
