Description: This research aim to provide interface for student and staff of the university to seek for help in distress or violence environment. It uses the security chip on staff and student id card in addition to their mobile phone sim card. The university community have lost so many staff and students in the environment particularly during crisis situations. This research when completed will guide the user on what to do, where to, etc in a diatress situation.

Problem: the research aim to protect tbe user particularly staff and students of the institution in any crisis situation.
